We are expanding our service capabilities by founding Installery alongside our current business. The new company will focus on industrial project, maintenance, and inspection services.
The story of Installery began in a very traditional Finnish way, when experienced engineering professionals were discussing industrial maintenance while sitting in a sauna, sharing their experiences from the field. The same pain points kept repeating from project to project and from factory to factory. Together, they started thinking about how maintenance services could be delivered in a higher-quality and more customer-oriented way.
Based on these discussions, the ideas were further developed together with Enginery. The shared vision quickly materialized into a new company. Installery brings a new kind of company to the industry—one that combines employee well-being, strong technical expertise, and customer focus.
Installery is led by Juha Ryödi, who originally helped turn the idea into reality. He has extensive experience in industrial maintenance and in building and leading service businesses for various equipment manufacturers.

Together, Installery and Enginery create a technical service offering that covers the entire lifecycle of industrial production. Our joint services extend from product or plant design all the way to ensuring reliable operation and preventive maintenance.
